Zubair Alexander

Zubair Alexander
is a Microsoft MVP and
a Microsoft Certified Trainer
(MCT).
He holds more than 25 industry certifications
including MCT, MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, MCSA, MCDST, MCP+I, MCSA 2000/2003: Security, MCSE 2000/2003:
Security, CNA, A+, Network+, Security+, CTT+ and
CIW.
His experience covers a large spectrum:
trainer, consultant, systems administrator,
security architect, network engineer, author,
technical editor, college instructor and public
speaker.
As a Microsoft-endorsed trainer, he
has trained Microsoft Consulting Services (MCS) and
Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) technicians. In addition to writing
Professor Windows columns for Microsoft TechNet, he has been involved in
writing certification exam questions for Microsoft. Some of his other
activities for
the past decade
at Microsoft include working as a Subject Matter
Expert on various projects, teaching
train-the-trainer courses, consulting for MCS,
writing for TechNet Magazine, doing seminars and
webinars, working with ISA Server group, writing
white papers and case studies, doing technical
reviews of Microsoft Learning courses, etc.
Zubair is known
worldwide for his articles on Microsoft Technologies, written as a contributing
editor and online columnist for Windows IT Pro Magazine and Microsoft Certified Professional
(MCP) magazine. He writes "Windows Advisor" column for MCP Magazine and
"Zubair's Security Zone" column for
CertCities.com. Zubair also writes Tips & Tricks
for CertCities.com's weekly newsletter. He reviews technical books and articles for various
publishers and has co-authored a book on Windows 2000 networking services. He also wrote
"Microsoft
ISA Server 2000" for Sams Publishing. All his publications

Zubair founded the
Seattle Windows Networking User Group in
2008.
Besides serving on the advisory board of
SeaTac Puget Sound Skills Center, Zubair is also involved in technical
screening of job applicants for IT positions for
several corporations. Microsoft has
recognized him by presenting him the
Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for
Directory Services award
for inspiring excellence while helping people
through his previously recognized practical expertise
and demonstrated willingness to share with peers
in technical communities around the globe.
Zubair was
awarded a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in
Aeronautics & Astronautics Engineering and a
B.S. in Mathematics. He also has a degree in
Computer Information Systems.

Sharee English

Sharee English is a
Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD), a
Microsoft Certified Application Developer
(MCAD), and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
She started out in the Information
Technology industry early in her career. Today
she is a highly educated executive with over
fifteen years of background in software
development, training, management, operations,
administration and sales. She is known to our
customers for utilizing an anticipatory
management style to drive results in a rapidly
changing industry. Sharee is our Director of
Information Services.
Sharee started her career as a programmer,
delving into Web technologies about 20 years
ago. Sharee continued to take on challenges in
her career becoming a Technical Trainer,
Training Manager, Consulting Manager, and
eventually Director of Information Services. In
recent years, Sharee has been concentrating on
numerous consulting projects and teaching
Microsoft Official Curriculum courses.
In addition, she is also a published author. She
enjoys writing articles on various Web
development and programming topics.
Sharee's
Blog is an excellent resource for Microsoft
SharePoint and Visual Studio. Sharee founded the
Sacramento SharePoint User Group, which is
the largest user group of its kind in California.
Whether
its creating training videos on SharePoint, Visual Basic
4.0 and Microsoft Access, or speaking publicly
at technical seminars for Microsoft in front of
huge audiences of 1000 attendees, Sharee always
seems to have some kind of connection to
training. Her popularity among our clients is

Troy Brittain

Troy Brittain
specializes in Microsoft Office SharePoint
Server training and consultant projects for
SeattlePro.
Troy is a Microsoft Certified Technology
Specialist (MCTS) and a Microsoft Certified
Desktop Support Technician (MCDST). As an
experienced SharePoint Server Administrator,
Troy brings valuable insight and knowledge
regarding the challenges of planning, deploying
and managing a SharePoint environment.
Troy’s SharePoint
experience, combined with years of experience
working as an Enterprise Support Technician,
gives him the ability to understand a SharePoint
implementation both from the end user’s and the
management’s perspectives. Troy is able to
effectively communicate with all stakeholders
involved and provide them with a clear technical
interpretation of their needs.
Troy’s areas of
expertise include LAN/WAN, TCP/IPv4 & v6, DNS,
DHCP, POP3, IMAP, SMTP, FTP, VPN, NAT, IIS,

Maria Wardian

Maria Wardian is a
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
(MCDST). She received her MCP certification at
the age of 18. She has taught training classes
in the past several years in Microsoft
FrontPage, Windows XP, and Web design
maintenance. Her specialties include PhotoShop,
Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, FrontPage and
tweaking the Windows XP operating system.
In addition to
PCs, Maria is also experienced in the Macintosh
platform. As our accomplished video editor, her
experience in Final Cut Pro, Adobe
PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, iMovie and DVD
Studio Pro clearly shows in her work. Among the
many hats that she wears at SeattlePro, Maria is
also responsible for designing and maintaining
our Web site and creating our logos.
As our Video
Production & Web Design Specialist,
Maria
plays a major role in the Web
design and video services that we offer to our
clients and she makes the final call on
most of these projects. Her assignments include
designing Web sites and logos, customized color schemes, image enhancements;
and video
filming and editing. From marketing videos to
survival stories, from weddings to special
occasions, Maria has excelled in her passion for
video editing. Her list of accomplishments is long,
including awards for video editing and American Association of University
Women award for Excellence.
An accomplished
singer since the age of 5, Maria also has
several TV commercials and voice-overs to her
credit, in addition to the dozens of theaters
and film performances and over 90 modeling
shoots for print and magazines.
Maria also finds
time to have her technical articles published on
the Web on occasion. She is an incredibly gifted
and talented professional that epitomizes the
type of technical talent that SeattlePro prides
itself on.

Peter Allen

Peter started his career in the Internet/Web
development field in the early 90s. Since then
he has managed teams at startups, developed
solutions for national companies and has been a
director for an international
company. Throughout these engagements he has
been focused on developing and implementing
software solutions to improve results. Peter has
over 15 years in the technology and healthcare
industry creating, developing and deploying
Internet and intranet solutions. As a consultant
he helps organizations utilize and enhance their
SharePoint deployments.
Peter is a SharePoint enthusiast. He has deployed solutions in
healthcare, financial, and engineering
industries.
He utilizes project management, process
management, mind mapping, and other standard
methodologies to understand the business problem
and then develops a solution that meets the need
of the users. He
creates comprehensive solutions that have
been developed for Project Management Office
(PMO), Business Planning Counsel (BPC),
Information Technology (IT), Human Resources,
Finance, Accounts Payable, Account Management,
Operations, and Analytics to name a few.
Peter holds a Bachelors of Science in Human
Development from University of California, Davis
and is currently completing his
training/certification for his Microsoft
Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS)
credentials.

Sam Shroff

Sam is a technical
trainer and consultant. He began his career as a
computer-aided draftsman. While he enjoyed the
creative aspects of his job, he soon found that
his propensity for digging into computer systems
led toward him familiarizing himself with
programming by writing system macros to
streamline repetitive processes used by the
team.
Sam’s areas of
expertise include Microsoft SharePoint
technologies (WSS and MOSS 2007), Visual
Studio.NET, HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, SQL
Server, Oracle, IIS, Active Directory, Windows
Server 2003, Linux, and UNIX. He also enjoys the
creative side of software by generating creative
photography using Adobe Photoshop and other
graphic programs.
Within the
enterprise software industry, Sam’s career has
seen him assume many key roles including
training, client consulting, and
troubleshooting. He plays a key role in
educating customers on how to reach their
desired return on investment (ROI) levels in as
little time as possible and has successfully
designed and led many extensive corporate
technical training programs that varied in
length from days to months.
Sam is an
experienced technical instructor and curriculum
developer. He prides himself on concise
communication techniques and has a demonstrated
ability to shift styles very easily in order to
connect with audiences depending on their
ability and knowledge levels. He has
painstakingly created many technical educational
materials, including certification paths and
extensive video series.
As an enthusiast
of technology in modern business, Sam
consistently keeps abreast of relevant changes.
His enterprise software experience has seen him
design, support, and educate on various
multi-tiered and standalone solutions.
Sam’s introduction
into the SharePoint world was as a former end
user of the product. He specializes in
SharePoint training and consulting for which his
experience in Web Technologies is a particularly
good match. Sam is an enthusiastic and regular
member of the Sacramento SharePoint User Group.
