Course Outline

This is a customized course for desktop support administrators interested in supporting Windows XP desktop clients on UW campus. Although this course will use Microsoft Official Curriculum 2272 courseware to cover most of the topics, due to the highly customized nature of this course and to facilitate UW support staff interests, several additional topics will be covered in this course. Here's a brief outline of the course topics that are specifically requested by the UW support staff management. For a detailed listing of all the modules, please check out the course syllabus.

Class Duration

2.5 days

Class Schedule

This custom class will be taught to two groups of students from UW Point Team. The first group will attend the class for the first 2.5 days and the second group will attend the class for the remaining 2.5 days.

Group 1
Monday: 8:30am-4:00pm (lunch 11:30am-1:00pm)
Tuesday: 8:30am-4:00pm (lunch 11:30am-1:00pm)
Wednesday: 8:30am-11:30am

Group 2
Wednesday: 1:00pm-4:00pm
Thursday: 8:30am-4:00pm (lunch 11:30am-1:00pm)
Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm (lunch 11:30am-1:00pm)
