CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+) is an international, vendor-neutral certificate that applies behavioral analytics to improve the overall state of Information Technology (IT) security. It validates the knowledge and skills required to configure and use threat detection tools, perform data analysis and interpret the results to identify vulnerabilities, threats and risks to an organization, with the end goal of securing and protecting applications and systems within an organization.
This is an intermediate-level course that follows these CompTIA certification courses: IT Fundamentals -> A+ -> Network+ -> Security+ -> CySA+.
NOTE: The CompTIA CySA+ is the new acronym for CompTIA CSA+. CompTIA will make the official change by June 29, 2018. The exam code will remain the same.
